Just what I'd been after — a GoPro chest strap was never comfortable. When I found out a Finnish downhill rider had started making these, and for my helmet too, I had to order one. And you can tell time has gone into it: the mount sits rock solid.

Ordering, communication and delivery were all really easy — exactly how it should work 👍 The mount sits really firmly on the helmet now that the fit is shaped to drop perfectly into its grooves. It's been on for three rides of rough trail bashing and worked flawlessly. I once rolled over hard enough that the camera hit the ground and the mount could have snapped — it didn't, so it seems durable 💪 Installing was easy since the zip ties were included.

Ordering the Zipmount was really easy and delivery was very fast. It sits really well in the helmet's chin bar. I'm really happy with the purchase, and that this way I got to support Finnish work.

I even got to test the durability for real — I took a fast crash and the camera hit the ground, but the Zipmount came through completely intact. That says a lot about the product's quality. My experience with Zipmounts has been really good! Ordering went smoothly and the mount arrived in just a couple of days. It's well printed and sturdy — I've never once worried about it failing. It fits my helmet perfectly too, so it's rock solid even with the camera mounted. With Zipmounts I no longer have to put up with the wobble a chest strap caused. Warmly recommended!

Clean website and ordering is dead easy. The payment process and delivery simply work, no problems at all — fast and effortless. The mount itself feels really solid and installation is pretty easy. Good to know about the zip ties too: no cheapest-grade China plastic here, so they hold up better against UV among other things. The mount has survived a few crashes on the helmet without a hitch. I've been sprawled out on the rocks at SuomiDH, sent it over the berm at Mustavuori and generally done soil surveys here and there... and the mount hasn't bent in any way. Impressive!

Ordering worked top-notch from start to finish, and so did delivery. I haven't had time to film any rides yet, but I'll be back once I get my form going again and can be bothered to haul the camera up the hill 🤙🏻

The ordering process was easy, and delivery was good and fast. The fit on the helmet model is good, and mounting was easy — plus points for the good zip ties. My own Insta360 X4 was easy to attach to it. The only downside is the rough surface of the part, but that's probably down to the 3D printing.

Mount tested in Järvsö. Fits the POC Otocon perfectly, and no more needing a chest harness.

The mount has worked great. It was easy to fit on the Stage and the camera sits in a good spot. On the chin bar, the Osmo Nano's weight disappears completely.

Ordering and delivery were fast, no complaints. I've had an older GoPro on the mount a couple of times now — the mount itself works well; it's the GoPro's stabilization that's over ten years old 😅. At least in my own riding the camera hasn't shifted on its own while mounted. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to film POV downhill footage.

The Zipmount fitted the Smith Mainline really well and was easy to attach. It was in use nine days straight right off the bat and worked convincingly. Nothing needed retightening or adjusting. The angle is also clearly better than from the top of the helmet or from the chest. Extra points for letting me pick the product up when we were in a real hurry to get it along on a trip.
