Shipping and returns.

I pack orders by hand in Vantaa within 1–2 business days. Matkahuolto delivers to your chosen pickup point, with a tracking code by SMS when the parcel ships. Usually delivered 2–4 business days after ordering.

Same mount; the shipping price depends on the destination and is shown at checkout before you pay. Matkahuolto hands the parcel to GLS, which carries it outside Finland. Usually delivered within 4–8 business days: per GLS, shipments arrive in neighboring countries within 1–3 and in more distant European countries within 3–5 business days after leaving Finland, and packing plus the domestic leg to GLS come on top. You get a tracking code when the parcel ships.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving the product. Notify me by email at info@zipmounts.com — free-form or with the form below. You'll get the return address in the reply.

Send the product back within 14 days of your notice. Return postage is paid by the buyer. I refund the payment within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

You can use this form to withdraw, but it's not obligatory — a free-form email works.
