Terms

The seller is Janne Sinivirta (sole trader, business ID 1791090-8), Vantaa, Finland. Online sales are governed by Finnish law and EU consumer protection rules. For consumer disputes you can contact Finnish Consumer Advisory Services (kuluttajaneuvonta.fi) or the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).

Prices include VAT and shipping: €20 to Finland, €30 to other EU countries. We usually pack orders within 1–2 business days.

When buying from the online shop you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the product. Notify us at info@zipmounts.com. We refund within 14 days of being notified. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

You have statutory protection against defects. If a product has a manufacturing or material fault, we will put it right — primarily by replacing the faulty mount with a new one. This does not limit the rights you have as a consumer under the law. Get in touch and describe the problem, and we will agree on a fix.

A Zipmount is a camera accessory, not safety equipment. It does not improve or replace your helmet's protection. Read the safety & instructions and follow them and your helmet manufacturer's guidance. Fitting and use are at your own risk. We are not liable for damage arising from incorrect fitment, fitting to the wrong helmet model, normal wear, or use contrary to the instructions. This limitation does not affect liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, such as product liability for personal injury.
